Project: Redesign and Development of HR Platform and Career Co-Pilot

Reejig, a rapidly scaling Australian startup leveraging ethical AI to unlock human potential and eliminate talent waste through data-driven career pathing and personalised learning.

Challenge: Reejig partnered with us to overhaul the UX/UI and development of their two core products: the HR Platform and the Career Co-Pilot.

HR Platform: A desktop-optimized web application empowering HR professionals with advanced talent mobility insights. This platform, previously deployed by Transport for NSW during a critical pandemic response, facilitated rapid redeployment of personnel into essential healthcare roles.

Career Co-Pilot: A mobile-first web application enabling employees to explore personalized career trajectories and access a curated library of educational resources powered by AI.

Our process began with a comprehensive category analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and a series of stakeholder workshops to define user needs and product vision. We then developed interactive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, rigorously tested with target users to validate design decisions and optimize the user experience.

Technical Execution:

Leveraging an atomic design methodology, we constructed a robust and scalable design system. Components were meticulously developed and documented within Chromatic Storybook, ensuring consistency and maintainability. Close collaboration with Reejig's engineering team, including the creation of mock APIs, facilitated seamless integration with their existing systems.

Outcome:

Delivered two fully functional, AI-driven products at startup velocity, achieved through a dedicated R/GA team working in close partnership with Reejig.

Career Co-Pilot: Personalized learning resource management empowers employees to curate their own learning paths, effectively training the AI on individual preferences. A headless CMS architecture, driven by APIs, ensures content scalability and future extensibility.
